Running To

I ran to Dad's. I never ran to anywhere before.

It's 2K from Dave's parents' to my parents' and Dave's parents live on the beach. It was so awesome to run across the beach and smell the saltwater and the wildflowers. This was probably my favourite run of all time.

There is a huge hill so I stopped running and walked up that. No shame in that; it is steep! I stopped at Dad's, hugged my uncle, chatted with my brother and sister-in-law and even saw Dad briefly! I ran back to Dave's parents'. It was hard. I love outdoor running.
