Post-dancing cardio whoopee
In between baking and decorating a fabulous three-chocolate birthday cake for my friend Elden, I got in a good cardio session plus 200 crunches. I was surprised not to be more tired after Sunday's late night of partying, but my legs weren't even sore from all the dancing in high heels. I credit my flexibility from my daily stretches, and the strength in my legs from all the running, squats, and calf raises! Whooooop!
