CIRCUIT TRAINING AND THE RUNNIN' AND HOLLERIN' WORKOUT

I had morning appointments, so I couldn't get the workout in first thing, and this led to procrastination. But I did manage to get it in! Power 90 Sculpt 3/4 plus 100 crunches. I like doing circuit training on a show day because it pumps me up without tiring me out. Now I'm getting the singing workout, which involves running up and down two flights of stairs wearing a heavy dress and petticoats all evening, dashing around the stage hollerin', and the 50-yard dash in full drag at the end of the show, to get from my center vom exit back around to backstage for the curtain call. Woooo-hooo! And they pay me to do this!
