Workout

EXCITING!!! TITLE!!!

Very boring post.  I ran three miles and walked a little at the rec center, focussing on speed and keeping my heart rate up the whole time.  It was a good run.  Then we went for a walk in a state forest, except it was so hot, we didn't walk for very long.  Didn't do much of anything Sunday, except from our car to the fairgrounds for the fireworks display.  Maybe a mile round-trip.  I fell down in the middle of the road, but that's the kind of behavior I expect from myself when I'm in close proximity to a funnel cake stand.

Tags: It's a good thing they only sell funnel cakes at special events or I'd probably have been hit by a car by now

Bloomington, eh?  I'm originally from Ft. Wayne myself.  I was never a big funnel cake person, but the fried cheese got me every time I went to the fair.  :oD

Ft. Wayne, eh?  I have a friend from up there.  Actually that's who I saw the fireworks with.  She said it's more elephant ear than funnel cake territory.  Northern influence I guess. 

Mmmmmmm, friiiiiied cheeeeeese.....
