LOOSE HIPS MAKE FOR BIG SEXY RUN

Yesterday, I had the most divine massage, as in make-you-scream-while-it's-happening-feels-amazing-after. The therapist did some work on my hips --- I've never had anyone do exactly what she did --- and as a result, today's run was TERRIFIC. I've never felt so loose.

Now it's time for crunches ... two hundred. A friend mentioned that when you work the front of the body, you should also work the back, and asked if I was doing any lower back exercises. I only know a couple (lower back extensions, etc.). Anybody got a great lower back exercise?

deadlifts work wonders for the lower back! as do many kettle bell exercises.

And for the lower back, just hand out in Childs Pose with some side are stretching for a while- always works for me.
