My Body Rocked My World Today

I set a goal: three workouts today, to include a 30-minute swimming lesson, Level 3 of the 30-Day Shred, and a Bikram class.

And, whadya know.  I nailed it.  I did each one and did it well.  I am so proud that my body can do the things I ask it to.

Bonuses: as I was waiting for the swim instructor, a teenaged boy told me "you know you look good in that bathing suit and that's why you're just standing there."  And then the swim instructor said "it's harder for more muscular people like you, who are more dense." So then for an hour and a half of yoga, I got to look at my body through the lens of those compliments, and gosh, my body is just improving and improving.  In Triangle, my thighs looked toned and tough, and I was able to get down deep.
