I'm Not Done With You Yet, Fitbit

We needed to keep the workout relatively short so I could go to yoga. I found it really hard so I stopped for 30 seconds after 5 minutes and another 30 at 10:30. I stopped for a minute around 15:00 and for 30 seconds at 20:00. I then ran another three minutes.

So I spent 34 minutes on the treadmill, (walked/ran 3.5K) just over twenty minutes running (and there's no shame in taking little walking breaks to recover, right?). I burned only 298 kCal but

Then I went to my last yoga last with Christine, the yoga queen. It was an excellent class, and yes my hamstrings are still sore. I guess a few sun salutations every day would stretch them out again, wouldn't they?

I'm about to start some housekeeping now, which should keep my fitbit in the green to yellow category, I think.
