Oh D' Hamstrings

So all that yoga the other night means I can walk pretty well, but bending and climbing the starirs is a bitch.

I decided to run anyway yesterday. It was hard, but I managed to squeak out 26 minutes of running. Ouf. It was hard. I listened to a podcast about obesity and tried to feel smug that any day (hopefully by Sunday) now my BMI will dip into the "overweight" category.

I think I got 3.7 k in there, after 36 minutes of output (yes I know I am slow) and burned way more than 300 calories.

I forgot to wear my fitbit out last night which sucked because I could have had 100% of my steps easily, but c'est la vie. I did ok. D'hamstrings still hurt.
