Workout
1st apt gym use
I am super busy getting situated in my new apartment and getting oriented at my new job, but I just couldn't handle not working out anymore. It was one thing when we were moving ourselves and all of our crap and when we were on vacation, but now I have no excuse. I haven't exercised for days, so I decided to take a break from the chaos of my apartment and study for ACLS on the elliptical. I was really engrossed in my chapter, so I also tacked on 8 more minutes of brisk walking at a 3.0 incline. It may not be up to my usual standard of workout, but it's something! Actually, I decided to challenge myself on the elliptical and do isolations so only my lower body was moving. I set the resistance higher too since I knew I couldn't go too fast. Bouncing + reading = nausea. This worked better, and I broke out in a healthy sweat. :)
