Early Morning Run in Central Park

running in Central Park before 8:00 is a divine experience. I the six mile loop and cut over to the reservoir. So about 8 miles at an 8 minute mile. Spinning definately helps me maintain my speed.

What I ate today:
cup of coffee with 1% milk without sugar or agave, 1/2 cup all bran, 3/4 cup mixed berries, 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt mixed together(I've named this morning glory for future reference), one liter of water
