Workout

F*&K THIS MIGRAINE WORKOUT

My training plans were screwed by the advent of a migraine yesterday afternoon which lasted well into the morning, and matters were not helped by the water suddenly going off in the apartment. I was mightily pissed about both, since I have the morning off rehearsal, and a migraine pretty much guarantees that all I can do is hang around waiting to barf, after which I fall asleep and usually wake up feeling hung over, but pain free.

Well, f*&k that. I didn't work out yesterday because of the migraine, and I got so mad I decided that I'd just work out until I barfed, or got over it. So, I decided that today was the day to bump over from the beginners level of Power 90 to Level 3-4. And I fucking did. Plus 200 crunches.

And the migraine is now gone. It wasn't fun, but it got beat.

Later tonight ... running. No matter what.

Cindy, I always love reading your posts, but this beats all.  This is should be in the dictionary after "determination."  I am in awe.
