Breaking the Double Millenium

Cleared 2000 minutes of weightlifting today with a high-volume (well, for me anyway) lifting sesh and total body destruction. On the menu we had a set of 5 Bulgarian split squats at bodyweight, followed by a rush to find our max one-arm snatch (55 on the right and 50 on the left); 4 x 3 close-grip bench press and bent-over rows; 5 x 8 incline bench pressing; a set of 8 one-arm dumbbell rows; and rounding the whole thing out with 5 sets of 5 barbell curls. Hopped over to neighboring Tatsu for a large sake and unnecessary quantities of sushi after.
I have to say, the whole experience was very.... fulfilling.
