Workout
rowing fun!
I had to do a very short workout because i spent most of my day packing. I realized at 1 pm that I had to be at the massage place by 3, so I opted for a short burst of rowing
I got 2500 meters in 12:04! That's my best time so far, and I didn't even usemy inhaler first! This is exciting because it means I'm getting in better cardiovascular shape. The strength training (thank you TRX) and spin has led to noticeable improvements in performance of other activities.
That said, I still need to find a spin option in DC. I'm not sure I want to join a gym just yet because I don't know how intern year is going to go. I just need a place to spin once a week. Thoughts, anyone?
In the meantime, I will have my TRX and I figured out how to split my rower in half so I can store it upright. :)
