Spin class with Liz with a busted mic. Poor Liz trying to scream over the music. Poor newbies trying to figure out what the hell was happening as Liz's class isn't that intuitive...luckily, I'm an expert!

Looking forward to vacation tomorrow to visit my brother & his family. Excited to see the family, kind of terrified of our leisure activities. My brother is a Navy SEAL, owns a gym and trains MMA fighters in his spare time. The last time we worked out together, I cried.
