trx and a sunny walk

took a break from packing to go outside and hook my TRX to one of the trees in my complex. i did 2 sets of each:

squats (plyo, regular, and single leg) in sets of 5 each. my legs are DEAD from dancing last night!
sprinter's starts: 10 per leg
power pulls 12 per arm

bicep curls - 15
tricep extensions - 15
standing roll outs - 8

swimmer's pulls - 12

W deltoid raises - 12
alternating chest press and fly - 10 each

suspended hamstring curls 8
suspended bicycle 8
suspended  pike on elbows - 6

collapse on grass and stare at the sunlight coming through the trees. 2 minutes of bliss :)

walked around the complex for an hour and listened to music after
