Spin class with Kenny. I love that dude.
I was rocking the stabilization ride when he yelled "Look at my girls over by the door! Do you see how still they are?". Extra motivating.
It's so CRAZY....getting singled out by a guy who doesn't even know my name makes me pedal faster, stand up longer and fills me with pride. Weird.

I won't be back in town before KM quits. I did luxuriate in a couple of his Thurs noon:15 classes this month.
Am still in denial that it will be the end of an era.
