Exciting Title

Okay, I'm back to posting my workouts.....anyways, Tap dancing. I've been going to my class every week since September and it is so fun and such a good sweat. My quads are super toned from all the bloody shuffles that we have to practice, but I love the way my legs look. Strong. I'm gearin up to do a tap intensive in a few weeks. I'm only a beginner, but I'm in love.

haha! i love your "flap ball change in your face tag"!  i've tried tap dancing and have always looked a little silly (former ballet dancer without the inhibition to just let it flow).  you're a great inspiration though. keep it up!

Thanks! My tap teacher is actually an ex-ballerina. She's amazing.  Don't be afraid to let it flow, good things happen when you do that!
