Workout
30 Minutes and Go!
- yep, that's right.
I made the most of my lunch break this afternoon and hit up the gym. Msh made me a circuit that went something like this -
30 jumping jacks
10 squats
10 thrust ups
30 mountain climbers (puke)
10 pushups
30 russian twists
I did it 3 times and then did about 5 minutes of additional abs exercises. I finished up with 11 minutes (the extra one to get me past 2999 minutes!) on level 10 random on the bike.
Quick stretch and back to work. Ahh.
