Workout

The tags are off!

here they are!

Today, I busted out my vibrams for the first time.  I've had them for about three weeks, and I've carried them around in my gym bag with the tags on, reluctant to allow them to see the light of day let alone my feet.  Well today msh258 put it to me and just said "do it!" and so I did.

I took it pretty easy but feel that I got a decent low-impact workout all the same.  I probably covered about 2.5 miles - I walked for 3 songs (or about 10 minutes I'm estimating), then ran for 3 songs, walked for another song or so, ran for another song or so, did two sets of 30 lunges, 3 sets of 20 squats, and walked another lap and then home (about another 2 songs).  On the way I picked up my 23 pounds of laundry (not bad, huh?) and carried it two blocks and two flights of stairs. Hooray.
