Not even my new Feralicious T-shirt could save that run

So... I'm on exactly day 2 of my personal challenge and I'm already getting behind.  I did a 75 minute yoga class this morning then went out for what I thought would be my regular - maybe slightly elongated run of about an hour, then either more yoga or strength training later tonight to round it out.  Well, I didn't even get 1.5 miles in before I had to walk.  Seriously. I. could. not. run.  The whole rest of the truncated run was more of a run/walk combination.  Absolutely the worst stamina I've had in months. Years maybe.

I didn't want to lose the whole thing so I ran to the gym (4 blocks from my house) and did about 25 minutes of upper body strength training on the machines.

So all in all:  140.  

yoga: 75

run/walk: 40

strength training: 25

I'll try to do some core tonight to bump it a little more.

what exactly is this new personal challenge you've set?  yoga plus run plus yoga/strength training is a lot to cram into a day and still be ok. i'm cheering you on, but make sure you take care of yourself and don't burn out.
