That's how many calories I burned working out on my own!  I kicked my own ass!  No Jeff, no msh258, nobody but me. Wahoo!  I did need a kick start to get going - msh telling me my crabby mood was irrelevant to my working out, Jeff telling me to just get on the treadmill or something, but once I started I was off!  22 minutes on the treadmill (running for 18 straight, awesome. I could have gone for more but since I didn't want to be there when I started I only set the machine for 20 total. Oops), followed by 20 minutes level 10 hills on the bike.  I then decided to get busy with the weight machines and did 3x15 hip abductor then adductors, 3x21 chest/tricep presses, 100 crunches of various styles, 5 pushups just because, and stretch.  It was super and excellent, hooray.
