Workout
Jefe!
Yesterday I worked out with Jeff for the first time in weeks and weeks. Let me just say that he was ready for me. My ass and thighs may never be the same. The session went something like this:
4x20 lunges
4x20 mountain climbers
4x20 squat jumps (gross)
4x20 side leg lifts (alternating)
3x20 hip abductor/adductor (100 lbs. and then 115lbs)
3x15 hamstring curls (50lbs)
3x1 minute jumping jacks
---near death---
3x15 rows (20lbs)
3x20 dips off a bench
It was really nice to be pushed but I swear that I may not walk without a limp until this time next week.
