Workout

silly rabbit TRX is for me.

I got to the gym without much of a plan -- which, unfortunately, seems to be a sad trend lately. Typically. I might do a run and maybe a weight circuit and call it a day, since there are really no classes that I like (or manage to get into) on Mondays. Well, today, the stars aligned and I made it to Crunch and there was one last spot open in the TRX class! I'd never taken it with Marc, and I kinda loved it! We did jumps, squats, lunges, push-ups, tricep pull-up things, planks and tons of other ab exercises. My heart rate didn't get too high, but mmy muscles were definitely burning like crazy! After the 45 minutes class, I had some cardio ADD and did 5 mintues on the stepmill, 5 of rowing, and 5 of biking.

Later, when I got home and made myself a grass-fed steak and broccoli. I've never made grass-fed steak and totally screwed it up -- my jaw got a fierce workout. Can I count those for my miscellaneous workout minutes? ;-)

ooh, i've never tried the trx class and i still think it'd be great. maybe next monday i'll make it (ha...a girl can dream).

i'm glad you liked it! oh, and i'd totally count the chewing minutes...that's hard work!
