I Chopped More than TWO MINUTES Off of My Timed Mile!

Today was the second timed mile for EZ8. It's been four weeks and I started off with an 11 minute 23 second mile.  My goal for the entire 8 week class was to get a 10 minute mile, now  only half way through I can run a mile in 9 minutes and 12 seconds! I am elated, I can imagine myself one day running an 8 minute mile in the next few months. I don't expect to shave a minute and 12 seconds off of my mile in four weeks but maybe in 5 or 6 I can. Today was a big confidence booster for the 3k I'll be running next Sunday.

I know I can do it now.
