Left myself completely pooped after today's relatively short lifting sesh.

20 deadlifts (135#)
12 hang cleans (55#)
20 front squats (4x5, 85#)

3:30 Tabata push-ups
2:00 Tabata air squats
4x5 bodyweight rows
10 close-grip floor press from pins (45#)

Foam rolling was much needed and done.
