An Update
Without specific feats to complete or required blogs to write, I've been quietly logging my minutes this month. I was a little discouraged for a while because of a neck injury, followed by some legal issues I had to attend to, but now I'm back at the gym and starting to readjust to heavy lifting in the mornings. This morning I finally felt like I was back on track, besting my PR for the deadlift by ten pounds, and slowly pushing toward my goal for the year of hitting double my body weight on that lift. I do feel like I've been neglecting my squats, though, so I really need to get back into it. The summer weather has had me out riding my bicycle and hula hooping in the park, but the need to trim down for princessmichelle and my big day later this summer is probably going to get me out of the gym and onto the running trails soon.
