Workout

too tired to sep workouts into more than one post

hi. so tired. i'm living in chelsea this month. woo! just completed one of the most busy months of my life. capped off by dance thang and now moving my digs to manhattan for a little bit. i need a day off. 

kundalini yoga yesterday. siri rishi at golden bridge! love.

danced jathiswaram at crunch even though i'm not performing anytime soon. it feels good to dance. I danced alongside a bellydancer and a construction worker drilling things in the studio.

vinyasa with Tamar today at prema. love. but i think vinyasa yoga hates me! my back has gremlins in it and my shoulders feel like things in there are pinching and my sciatic nerves were nervewracked today. oh joy! i can't wait for insurance!

meditation.

moving. met a neighbor who was "walking" his cat out front, in the bushes. said cat was meeting his friend, the squirrel. i kid you not. apparently this cat and the squirrel look at each other all the time through the window and sometimes meet face to face. oh, i love chelsea already. 

apparently if i even listen to the carnatic music for my dancing, i am immediately more relaxed. going through the motions in my head is like meditating. I did this today when i was stressed on subway and it worked!

red bamboo for dinner: vegan. carrot. cake. i am telling you if you had this slice without knowing it was non dairy, you'd not only never know, but you'd think it was the best! their peanut butter heaven cake, oh, even better! hrm, this isn't very fit of me to talk about on here is it?! 

thinking of juicing next week.

thinking of sleeping now.
