Allergies Vs. Fresh Air

I'm back in Northern California for a couple of months since school's out for summer and I don't have a job. It's great because I don't have to deal with slap-you-in-the-face pollution for a while, but May here is the season for pollen. Still, I figured it was worth the sneezing, watery eyes and itchy nose to walk 2.5 miles to the gym, get my daily vitamin D and get a little clean air in my lungs. Anyways, if I were to drive I'd get there in five minutes and hop on the elliptical for a while anyways, so why not just spend an hour walking there instead?

2 x [10 deadlifts (175#) + 10 burpees]
2 x 10: back squats (85#), push press (65#, stopped after 8 on round 2), DB lunges (25#), dips, DB bench press (25#, actually did 20 and 16 reps), BW lunges, pull-ups, and tuck jumps.

Total time: 80 minutes.

Then some stretching. And the walk home, uphill.
