Workout
Weak attempt at the gym.
Had to go to the gym because the weather was quite unpleasant yesterday after work. Started out on the treadmill and I got tired so fast, I gave up after about 20 minutes. To make my time at the gym not a total waste I went on the recumbent bike and made myself do a steady 20 minutes there.
Today the sun is shining so i should be able to get out and do a run and I'm looking forward to it.
