I love Sundays!  Plenty of time to laze about and still get in plenty of minutes for MMM.  This morning, I went for a nice Slow Flow Yoga.  With my whole effeminately macho 100 Mile Month, I haven't been doing as much yoga.  I think that might be what's causing the pain in my knees.  Today I was much tighter than usual, and I realized it had been over three weeks since my last yoga class!  Perhaps quantifying my running achievements in the future may not be the way to go.  Of course, it could also be that I took off a bunch of days due to sickness and laziness.  In any case, I recently bought a groupon for 25 Bikram Yoga classes for $25.  Yes, you read that right - $1 per class.  I would love to do it through May and June but it might be prudent to wait until Fall, when I won't have to leave the hot classroom to an even hotter natural environment.  I spoke to some friends yesterday, however, who told me everyone they knew was waiting until Fall.  Ach, such a dilemma! Life is so rough. :D

This evening, I went for a light 5 mile run.  My knees were feeling pretty good, even during my interval section.  I'm very happy.  Tomorrow I'll do a little speed work.  I'm still crossing my fingers for a PR at next weekend's 5K.
