After a nice lunch at the Springs Preserve with my mom, we were going to go for a walk through the gardens and trails but my knees were killing me from reasons I know not.  So we went through the afternoon doing other fun things (jewelery shopping, cupcakes) and eventually made it home around 5:30pm.  My knees were feeling a little more relaxed and had less angry pressure going on, so we went downstairs to the gym.  I did an easy 4 mile jog, 42 min, and was happy to realize that my stamina was doing just fine, even after 3 days of nothing and then just walking.  My muscles, on the other hand, were a little fussy, but chilled out by mile 2.5 and the last 1.5 miles felt fantastic!
