Workout

Little efforts equal big results

Pedaled again, aaaaall day. Another 6+ hours... whew. It's actually quite exhausting; I would encourage anyone with a desk job to give it a try!

My body needed a rest from running, so I did an easy walk on the treadmill, 2.5mph at 6% incline for 25 minutes. Then we did day 2 workout (legs) for about 25 minutes... situps and pushups... I feel great!
