Ok, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it. This adventure is a long term adventure for weight loss, and I've got a damn long way to go (and for the first time, I am absolutely down with that). The sort of long way where running is just uncomfortable, in oh so many ways. But I wanted to try it, so today, I mixed up a couple of my hill intervals on the treadmill with some speed intervals so I was running. I'm a long way off from being able to run a long way, but, the journey begins with being brave enough to try it. So I did.
In all, a good 50 minute treadmill with hill intervals (and a few running!), plus the walk there and back= 75 minutes. Now, off to that action research proposal.
