Workout
Good today. Need motivation. Love curry. Love cheese. Went over calorie limit. At least it was sunny.
Yeah, did good today. An hour of spinning (sprints, and the sitting/standing exercises. I don't know the correct term...), 20 pilates, stretching.
I could've went on but I wanted to take the dog for a walk.
I ate chocolate though. Two spoonfuls of Nutella and two Lindt chocolate balls. I was feeling very guilty as I ate them. And on top of it all, my mother made chicken curry, And she makes superb chicken curry. So I had to have some. And then my neighbor came around and gave us homemade lasanga that looks delicious. Very cheesy.
This is sabotaging my weight loss goal (-5 by June/July). Not good, NOT GOOD AT ALL. But (the food) is soo oooo gooooood.
It is not good that I spent the day sitting on my ass studying. Well. Okay, that is good that I was studying and not on facebook, but it is not good because that's ALL I did today minus the two hours at the gym. Well, I walked a little. But while I was sitting and studying, I ate a lot a lot alot. It was, however, edamame beans (soooo yummy!!!), but still.
