Workout
weekend update
It wasn't that I was insanely busy through the weekend, I just stayed away from my computer a bit. Luckily, I can throw it all into one workout post since it's minutes this month. Woohoo!
Saturday: A rather weak showing. It was necessary for my body to rest after 5 days of cardio, so I did an at home Yoga Sculpt video, 52 minutes. I went for a veeeery short walk, just to move after an accidental nap, but it's not going to my 100 Mile Month count because I'm pretty sure it wasn't even a mile. I was only out about 10 minutes.
Sunday: Barre class, 60 minutes. I really liked the instructor because she was very upbeat and had an adorable accent. The class was level one, and the moves we did were level one, but I oddly felt like it moved so quickly! Maybe I was sore or just not completely present. One thing is certain, I'm definitely sore all over my triceps and my lats dorsi the day after. I'm still not great at all the moves - it's certainly not like the easy one-foot-in-front-of-the-other running I mostly do. Again, some walking afterwards, for 45 minutes.
