Tabata Rowing... Among Other Things
Two workouts on Saturday. I was supposed to workout on Friday too, but something came up. I started the morning with some yoga, some bodyweight exercises and stretching, then ate breakfast and headed out to the gym. There, I tried doing Tabata rowing sprints, and they weren't as bad as I had thought. Then followed that up with a variety of movements, in general just trying to rebuild my strength base for this fall's virtual meet season.
3x10s: clean/jerk (85#), L-pull-ups, box jumps to 3 ft, medicine ball floor slams (12#), push-ups, box squats (120#)
