Workout

I should be working right now but instead I'm procrastinating...

...Just as I did by going to the gym tonight. My foot is feeling a little wonky these days so I started on the elliptical listening to a little Ke$ha. Gotta love a girl with a dollar symbol in her name. I got bored of her and went digging through my iTunes library for some Jersey Shore episodes...except they got deleted on my last sync. What is a girl to do?

I watched the infomercial on the nearest TV for Leandro Carvalho's "Brazil Butt Lift". As an Equinox member, I've thought about going to Leandro's butt class many a time, but can never get myself to one in time. I got sort of transfixed by the infomercial and totally got sucked in to the success stories. I made a note to myself to make it to Leandro's Saturday morning class in MePa.

After lots of time looking at Brazilian-looking butts, I grew bored and moved to a treadmill. Yes, I know, I shouldn't have done it. But Equinox - Tribeca has new treadmills since the last time I was there. This lasted for about 15 minutes before I accepted I was playing with fire and I moved to the step mill. Ah, the step mill. My goal of the Million Minute Month is to not feel like I'm about to go into cardiac arrest by minute 10 on that thing. I suspect this will mean practicing daily by taking the stairs to and from my 9th floor apartment, but a goal is a goal.

I ended the workout with some signature David Kirsch moves that I suspect I will feel in the morning.
