Clocking the minutes
Now that I've got my categories straight, I'm going to try to maintain my position as leader of the Cycling, Spinning, and Rowing category! My 90 minute round trip bike commute definitely helps here. I probably wouldn't have biked today (as it's getting colder and it might rain today) if not for this feat.
This morning's workout:
-60 minutes elliptical
-15 minutes abs
-45 minutes biking
