Workout

Firstly, check out my breakfast. I'm really taking this fatty food for breakfast thing to heart.
Did yoga in front of my mirror and practiced with my hoop for a bit then I went for round two with the good old treadmill. I've never made it so long on a treadmill, but today I was on fire. It was one mile after the other and I even did a few minutes of sprints.
By the time my actual class rolled around I was super nervous. I really had no reason to be nervous, especially since I was going to a class where we've all been practicing together for a few years. But I was, because my Iyengar teacher strikes fear into your heart with her focus on alignment. I needed it though. I simply could do no more vinyasas and needed some inversions and unfamiliar poses to shake things up (including a few that are good for your metabolism!). It was absolutely amazing. I didn't hardly sweat but I haven't felt this worked out in months.
