Workout
Confusing start
Having a hard time adjusting to thinking in terms of MINUTES. I can think in terms of reps, calories, feats, etc. -- but this minute thing is challenging (especially because I don't carry a phone/watch/time-telling device at the gym and the clocks at Crunch are all messed up).
This morning, I did:
- 30 minutes on the elliptical (can I count those minutes? where?)
- 10 minutes of jumproping (added to the misc + sex category)
- 15 minutes of abs (can I count those? where?)
- 20 minutes of weightlifting (added)
- 45 minutes of cycling (my commute to work)
