Workout
back and forth
i was going to title this post "back at it" or "i'm back" but i think i've used those before. it seems i am often falling out of working out and then hopping back on the bandwagon. i'm not concerned as long as i always get back on!
sick last week but i finally feel like i have my energy back. i've been taking long walks that i haven't been logging but plan to once the million minute month starts...love me a new challenge!
tonight: 10 step bootcamp. nice to feel strong again.
