Oops. I tried to blog this without an Exciting Title and was rejected. Late post!

30 minutes stairmaster (sprints on this thing are killer!)

20 minutes ab work.

I soo wanted an extra 20 minutes at the gym but the gym closes early on a Sunday and I was too busy wasting time earlier during the day. Boo.

But it was so sunny and 16 degrees (!!) in Van so I walked for a good 45 minutes home. Soooo b-e-a-UTIFUL!
