Workout

getting a real sweat on again

so more recently ive been complaining that my workouts are finally plateauing and i need to step it up.  Tried out Chisel today.  holy crap.  i kept staring at the clock and it felt like only 5 minutes passed after a million reps of hand weights.  it was nice to get other muscles moving though.
