Bad run

First outdoors in a while - bad hips, bad breathing, bad stamina...bad bad bad.

10k is 7.5 weeks away. Not feeling good about it. I have however worked out that my route in and out to my normal loop is 3k, and the loop is 1k. If I can add one loop a week between now and then I'll hit 10k the week leading up to the run. Not feeling it at all!

7.5 wks is a long time -- plenty of time to train for a 10k. Just go slow and steady. You can do it!
