Workout

my face is purple

from BodyAttack...more like BodyOnCrack...or something.  It was a whirling dervish of high knee running, butt kicking running, jumping jacks, rockette-type high kicks, and pushups. lots of pushups.  Most of my dance classes are on break now so I think I'll work on my cardio and weightlifting.  This class should take care of cardio...it kind of reminds me of track and field drills
