Hot, hilly, and hellafunrun

On this last day of March, I am pleased to say I've lost at least 7 pounds and done 28 days of workouts (most days, I do two workouts).

Today, I did my lifting first thing in the morning. After work, I got out for a great run. I took a different route than usual, up over the dam and back, which means about halfway through I have a long, steady hill and then a very steep switchback leading up to the dam. Coming back down is of course easy, but there's another big and fairly long hill right before the end of the course.

I killed 'em all.
