Finally tried a new class, and it was wacky! In typical wha? form, I thought she called it "junction." In print, I thought it was about Carl Jung. Crunch calls it "Urban St. Fighting."

a highlight: pushups off fingertips. 30 of 'em, plus 40 regular. I think I'm going to round it up to hundred this way.

this sounds so fun.  I've always thought sword work teaches such amazing body and mind control.
