Ok, not really, but I came pretty damn close to it. Dry heaving and all. Shanarsty.

 

Anywhoooos. Since I've been super slacking on my workouts as of late, I decided it would be fabulous to the advantage of a weekend, where I have free time. Spring break started yesterday, so I ought to get off my butt, eh?

 

50 jumping jacks

50 ropeless jumps

50 donkey kicks

50 high knees

 

Standing overhead press [to failure]

Lateral Raise [to failure]

Bent-over lateral raise [to failure]

[Repeat 3x]

 

50 jumping jacks

50 ropeless jumps

50 donkey kicks

50 high knees

 

Bodyweight Squat [20 reps]

Plie Squat [20 reps]

Dumbbell squat [20 reps]

[Repeat 3x]

 

50 jumping jacks

50 ropeless jumps

50 donkey kicks

50 high knees

 

Push-up [8 reps]

Bent-over dumbbell row [to failure]

Dumbbell lunge [to failure]

Sit up [to failure]

[Repeat 3x]
