Racquetball/Feats Progress

I'd hit it.

If I kick it into high gear, I think this could be the most successful SW challenge I've tackled so far.  I believe I can complete everything except for possibly the Eat Wild Feat.  I generally eat pretty healthy, but even the salads that I eat frequently come in a bag; at least the greens do.  Plus, I can't eat them without salad dressing which I'm guessing is a big no-no.

Anyway, onto the workout part of this post.  Yesterday I pulled out my racquetball racquet which has gone unused for 3+ years, went to the Y and played for about an hour on the Challenge Courts, which are basically times set aside for people to just show up and play whomever is there.  I actually did really well and won both of my games, one of which was a game of Cutthroat against two other guys.

I'm paying for it a bit this morning as I don't think I stretched out my left hip enough and it's pretty sore.  Also, at one point in the first game.  I got hit in the left pec by an errant return, but I just laughed a deep, booming, manly laugh* and played on.  I'm looking forward to making this a regular part of my fitness regimen.

I do have a question though; does or can racquetball (or basketball, soccer, etc.) count as sprints for the Cardio, Unplugged Feat?  If so, then I'm done with that one, but I don't want to hit the button until I know for sure.  If anyone can enlighten me, please comment below.

*Sometimes deep, booming, manly laughs sound a lot like whimpering, just an FYI.

Using what? I would think that any kind of olive oil or similar would be consider processed.

Besides which, at this point I don't really have enough time (nor money) to get the food I would need.

sprinting during sports totally counts as unplugged sprinting. Count it and click!
