Tuesday Spinning

Got on the saddle and did some "drills," nothing too exciting. I realized that spinning really helps me with running though. During the half marathon while going up the hills, my legs totally cooperated and I know it's because of time on the bike (I haven't done much hill running). The speed drills also help with sprinting... not that I spring a lot but if I wanted to improve my time, this would definitely help.
